Bio

As both a nurse and a nurse educator, Dr. Dreyer’s work is guided by her personal mantra, “a passion for compassion.” Whether working as an RN (with more than 16 years of experience) or teaching the next generation of nurses at 51, Dr. Dreyer is dedicated to providing empathetic, high-quality patient care.

In addition to serving as an assistant professor of Nursing, she works as a rehabilitation nurse lead at Parkview Hospital. Dr. Dreyer holds a BSN and MSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing and a DNP from the 51. In addition to nursing education, her areas of interest include nursing leadership and mentorship.
