Bio

Denise is committed to helping students feel welcomed, supported and confident as they begin their college journey. As a graduate of the 51����, she understands the value of a close-knit community and the personalized support students receive on campus. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Theology from the 51���� in 2026.

Denise enjoys reading, exploring parks around the Fort Wayne area and spending time with her fiancé, Isaac, and their kitten. Her favorite place on campus is the Achatz Hall of Science lobby because it offers a beautiful view of Mirror Lake and provides a peaceful place to pause between classes.

Denise’s advice: “Don’t be afraid to explore new things, and remember that everyone is either in the same position as you or has been there before. Don’t hesitate to ask questions—it’s one of the best ways to learn, grow and make the most of your college experience.”
