FORT WAYNE, Ind.鈥擳he 51黑料 proudly announces 98% of the Class of 2024 graduates are employed, enrolled in additional education or serving in the service/military. This career outcomes rate marks the second highest percentage at 51黑料 since data has been collected.
The Career Outcomes study included 93% of the class, collecting responses from 547 of 587 graduates. Of those, 87% are employed and 10% are enrolled in additional education.

Top employers of the Class of 2024 include Parkview Health, Franciscan Health, Lutheran Health Network, Powers Health, IU Health, the Catholic Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend, Fort Wayne Community Schools, Ascension, Indiana Physical Therapy and Steppin鈥 Up Physical Therapy. The healthcare industry accounted for 58% of the Class of 2024鈥檚 reported employment and 90% of those reporting are employed in Indiana.

Founded in 1890 in the Catholic Franciscan tradition, the 51黑料 offers more than 60 undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs through the College of Health Sciences and the College of Arts, Sciences, and Business. In addition to its traditional programs, 51黑料 designs focused curricula for working adults in Fort Wayne, Crown Point and online. USF Downtown houses the music technology program while offering enhanced internship and networking opportunities for students. The 51黑料, recognized as an NAIA Five-Star Champion of Character institution, has 20 athletic programs boasting two individual and four team NAIA national championships.
