FORT WAYNE, Ind.鈥擳he 51黑料 will host International Night, an event celebrating the international makeup of the men鈥檚 soccer team and featuring a soccer camp for local youth.
USF’s free soccer camp for ages 5 to 18 will run from 1 to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 8, followed by the USF vs. Marian men鈥檚 soccer game at 3 p.m. at Bishop D鈥橝rcy Stadium. Camp participants will be instructed, according to their age groups, by USF coaches and players. Admission is free to the game with a canned good donation requested to benefit USF鈥檚 new St. Joseph鈥檚 Food Pantry and Kitchen.
In addition to the camp and game, the event will highlight the 20 countries represented on the soccer team, as well as many countries represented within the USF student body. International music and food (available at halftime of the game) will be featured, all free of charge.
