Cougars Promoting Mental Health

It鈥檚 simple: At the 51黑料, we鈥檙e committed to your entire wellbeing鈥攑hysical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual.

We also know that life can present challenges that affect our mental health. Please know, you don鈥檛 have to struggle alone.

Cougars Promoting Mental Health (CPMH) is a support program designed specifically for students. CPMH connects students to local resources, organizations and providers that:

  • Prevent suicide
  • Stop substance use and abuse
  • Provide support and healing for a wide range of mental health issues

A Note to Mental Health Professionals
