The 51ºÚÁÏ provides free, coordinated services for students with disabilities.

For Fort Wayne or Gas City students in need of disability services (or seeking more information), contact Ashley Henderson, Director of Student Success, at 260-399-7700, ext. 6013 or ahenderson@sf.edu. For Crown Point or Lafayette students, contact Mittie Allen-Thompson, Associate Director of Student Success, at 260-399-7700, ext. 5418 or mdthompson@sf.edu. They will guide you through the registration and verification process.

Accommodations are provided on a case-by-case basis to provide access to academic programs. There is no cost for these services.
